To Do: Exclude ./CONTRIBUTING.md from the Quarto build (or alternatively, keep it in the build and add it to the website, e.g. how License and Code of Conduct are linked from the bottom right). I think the ./_quarto.yml config file can be used to include/exclude files from the build.
