Include webinar folders in GitHub post-render #34

Currently the "Edit this page" GitHub links are only being inserted via the post-render script into HTML files in the root directory of _site, but they should be applied to any HTML file that that uses the footer (such as those nested under the webinars folder). Using a recursive search for all HTML files in _site in the post-render script may be a good future-resilient solution.

A temporary fix was provided in commit 136724686c518a638d22363059862b648d4e6a56. Will open a new issue for the recursive search enhancement.
