double check for downtown data from NOAA #6

botanic gardens is close to the lake, which is good, but really far north, which is less good.

So there is data from downtown stations starting in the late '00s, and from Hyde Park a bit earlier. Various other stations have partial coverage for shorter intervals. I think for now we are ok with the current stations and perhaps next iteration we can look at putting together a patchwork of greater coverage.
