Show budget next to budget result #9

In each line shown in Resultatrapport, it might be nice to add another column showing how much was budgeted for the selected year, so that we can easily compare how much has been spent against how much was originally planned. This can be made more obvious with a color code (e.g. red for exceeding).

Might also be nice to use the number formatter from the main page.

Possible only on the current year and will "balla ur" when budget posts are removed or renamed during the year.

Not absurdly difficult to design and implement. Can look into having it implemented by mid-november
