Wrong title for command texty.convertToCapitalCase #12

Hi, I just noticed an error.

The command texty.convertToCapitalCase has the same title as texty.convertToUpperCase, it says "Convert to Upper Case.." and the correct title should be "Convert to Capital Case.."
