Recovered Cases for United States is showing 0 from December 14 2020

grafik I'm currently working with the data for a essay at uni, i've noticed this aswell. As im not reliant on the states i just removed them, but i have noticed some more issues. As this is the same problem im just adding it to this issue.

Some of the states on this list never had any recovered cases. Spain greece and some others have just not reported any new cases since a date. UK recovered seems to be daily recoveries not accumulated. Anyway those are just conjectures, but something seems off. I used the Recovered/Confirmed rate < 10% to create this list. Greece is missing here, as it stopped reporting new recoveries in october and has a rate of about 18%.
