State Data Missing for US #33

I imported this file yesterday and it included state data for US - when I refreshed this morning, the data is now missing.

hi @westmich this data depends on the source data so I guess it was changed there.

thanks @anuveyatsu - do you know where to report this upstream? The state/province header is still in the file along with provinces for other countries so I assume it is a mistake on their part.
