Recovery info missing for 2020-03-24 #39

Hey guys, just noticed missing data here.

Yup, the source stopped providing number of people recovered: https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/issues/1250

That's bad. Any idea where to get the data?

@karlbateman @tkubec we're now removing the recovered data since it's being removed in the upstream. It might be updated for some time here https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/blob/master/csse_covid_19_data/csse_covid_19_time_series/time_series_covid19_recovered_global.csv but I wouldn't rely on it.
