@anuveyatsu, I started working on a fix for #91. Status:

Works for US data, which has been split into a new Flow;
Split "reference data" into a new Flow to avoid extra processing in the main Flow (possibly not necessary);
The "worldwide" Flow still seems to want to run forever. I left it running for ~35 minutes with no sign of it being about to finish (no output yet from printer()).

WONTFIX: This solution won't be applied as a better one is one its way.
