I hope this time it fits, now that the script is run from the right directory, and the readme document is updated

@hanteng you still have the original "bad" commits in the pull request e.g. https://github.com/hanteng/imf-weo/commit/5453033e19059a9f4cb6787b1e6962464c9af790. I think you may need to clone "clean" to a new directory, then just copy over your current changes and commit those.
