remove sqlite section from README #134

The section of the README on building an SQLite database seems to be more a legacy of the start of this project rather than serving any particular purpose nowadays. Even the schema used there is out of date. I propose we remove it.

Since you wrote it, are you ok with us removing it now, @rufuspollock ?

If necessary, we could add a script or instructions on how to export from csv to sqlite, something like this, but I don't think it's really necessary.
