The dados.gov.br data portal has recently been reformulated and all the old URLs are broken.

For now the old site is available at legado.dados.gov.br.

We need to update the import script with the changed URL for the CKAN API.

Site breaks again whenever the deploy workflow runs.

The new site does not have an API and legado.dados.gov.br has been taken offline.

We won't have updated logos in the data again, unless a new reliable data source can be found.
