I like the coding sessions idea. We could call that a code sprint. I've read a lot of teams will do that when they want to get a lot of work done in a short period.

It'd be something like deciding we'll all pick a day to code for like 4 straight hours and tackle issues. Maybe every couple of months...even if it's just like everyone being able to do that for 2 hrs.
