The current .Renviron and .Rprofile need to be generalized for use case. They currently do automatic installation.

Also, update files in the scripts folder to handle the .Rprofile/.Renviron movement during the activation/deactivation calls.

This may be necessary, but it will mostly be taken care of in datasnakes/rut#10
