Hi @simonaubertbd,
What you are referring to is the query editor. This is not implemented in the current version. In this version, you can only run SQL queries that you type in by hand. In the README there is a section that lists some of the features that are not implemented yet.
It is not implemented yet, because it is not required and we did not strictly needed it for our own use case. I am planning to implement it in a later version, but it is some work to implement, especially the UI part. At the moment i am working on extending the MonetDB Go driver. Some of that functionality is needed to implement new features of the Grafana plugin. So after i released a new version of the MonetDB Go driver, i will release a new Grafana plugin. But i am not sure if the query editor will be in the next release.
Hello @arjenderijke Oh, ok, I had read the readme but since I'm not an expert at Grafana (more a Tableau/Qlik), I didn't know it was that. I will wait for it to be implemented to use it.
Thanks for your answer (and for your amazing work on that topic)
Best regards,
Simon
Hello @arjenderijke did you find the time to work on it?
Hi @simonaubertbd Unfortunately no, i have been working on other things lately. I have not found the time to implement the query editor yet.
Hello,
I have just downloaded the last release, I have installed it, configured it... all good. However, I can't use it in dashboard, I don't see the tables, etc, etc.. On Monetdb
On Postgresql
I'm not sure I'm missing something. Here my configuration :
