Add ability to specify container image and startup options for integration tests

Extend the current CassandraTestResource so that it can:

Change the container image from the default "cassandra:latest" to any other compatible image.
Add possibility to specify environment variables, JVM options
Maybe add possibility to override cassandra.yaml ?
