Also upgrades to Quarkus 2.6.3.

Merge with rebase (not squash).

Any chance of having a new release with this change but aligned with Quarkus 2.7.0.Final?

Yup I'm going to update this to 2.7.0.Final.

This is taking some time to approve because we need to upgrade GraalVM to 21.3.0 in our CI system.
