How to configure execution profiles at runtime?

Hi, I was wondering if/how advanced java driver settings can be configured (stage specific) at runtime?

The documentation mentions to use application.conf or application.json files.

"They need to be located in the classpath of your application." ref https://quarkus.io/guides/cassandra#advanced-driver-configuration

But this would mean it's configurable build time only.

Would it be possible e.g. to place/mount application.conf to $PWD/config/application.conf to be picked up? (also for native built?) ref https://quarkus.io/guides/config-reference#application-properties-file
