CSTAR-143: Do not fail stats/logs gathering in case of a wrong revision #200

If a user specified a wrong revision, the last_log field in wasn't set in stats.revId.json and therefore this piece of code would fail not and copy back the stats/logs files

This might fix up one of the nightly jobs I've been attempting to troubleshoot - thanks!
