When we ran cstar_perf_bootstrap apache/cassandra-2.1, there were many "Unable to locate resource in repository" messages outputted from our hosts. Same happened with cstar_perf_bootstrap apache/cassandra-3.0.
Ultimately these failed with fatal errors; we're not sure what caused those yet, so maybe that also complicates it.
