configurable baseDir, and different directory for bastion versus node #133

Allow the baseDir setting to be changed through the .conf file, and allow the baseDir on the bastion to be different from the baseDir on the nodes...

@mieslep +1 on this future request, even i require to change baseDir due to some permission on customer machine so let's make it configurable via .conf file if possible.
