Allow setting EBS volume size for the proxy nodes #31

This issue was originally raised by a customer with whom I did C* to Astra migration.

Provide an option in run_terraform_cloudgate.sh to specify the EBS volume size for the proxy nodes.

I suppose this came from the backgorund of using the ZDM proxy instances to run the disk-hungry dsbulk from.
