Using custom css with golem #121

I am using {shinymanager} with a {golem} based Shiny app. I am able to run it and authenticate, but unfortunately my custom css does not show up on the login screen. The same css works fine in the non-golem based Shiny app and I have also posted the problem I am facing as an issue at golem's GitHub (https://github.com/ColinFay/golemexamples/issues/3).

I am not sure if this is a golem issue or shinymanager hence posting here too.
