Extension of the bearerOfDisease attribute in the Material schema #13

so that it can specified 'null' (no disease), 'unknown' disease, or an array of disease.

@amahurkar and @kabolude let us know if you have any comments

We could consider annotating the unknown value with an ontology term (see https://lov.linkeddata.es/dataset/lov/terms?q=unknown)

We will document that 'unknown' refers to the disease status, rather than an unknown disease (that could be represented with the disease schema).
