Add instructions/tools to parse the data from the datasets into graphs and visual representations of the data shown in the video, e.g the sentiment analysis

Hmm. The tools should provide all of the raw data needed for the user to make their own graphs, and the user can always reformat the data if they choose. I'm not sure instructions on how to build spreadsheets should be in scope for this data extraction tool. Do we want better comments describing what exactly the data is?
