Change filter behavior on industry version #143

Current behavior For a multiselect, every button is selected, then I can de-select what I don't want to see (we can say it's a substraction filter)

Describe the solution you'd like A behavior exactly as for alimentation version :

none button is selected, everything is shown
if i clic a button, it filters only for the data corresponding this button
if a clic a second button, it filters data corresponding of one the selected filters

We can say it's an addition filter
