@jschell42 maybe we can get RK to provide some kind of a coverage list himself that we can query. @b5 is there a minimum spec (maybe in coverage) that a service/repository can refer to when building an API? Justin, do you know Russ enough to broach the subject with him?
If others can point us to an api or any structured source of information, we can work with it. It's tough to make recommendations without seeing the data & methods of archiving, but if we can be put in touch I'd be happy to help play connect-the-dots
quick update, emailed russ today asking about potential coverage/indexing of the site via API, FTP, etc. will update again if/when I get a response.

Russ Kick has a variety of federal documents preserved as part of his various sites (MemoryHole2, AltGov 2, etc). He's got some (if not all) of the deleted animal welfare reports that went down earlier this year, for example. Something to consider covering/indexing?
