Document Weekly Tech Standup Call Format

We're having 1/2 hr weekly video checkins, let's use this issue to discuss format. Feedback very much welcomed.

Rough, de facto formatting so far:

• Strong technical focus
• Meeting agenda set beforehand with discussion topics
• Open floor conversation of issues
• Currently not recorded
• Section for GitHub issues to draw attention to in the agenda
• Currently not a part of EDGI community call routine, but is hard-capped at 25ish minutes to make space for the EDGI Community call that happens immediately after

Thanks for kicking this off! Here are some things I think could be useful:

Feature request:

1. a specified place/way to propose a topic that you want to see on the meeting agenda
   • e.g. I want to give a demo on this date for X minutes, how can I make sure it gets on the agenda
2. a specified place to collect feedback about above

Suggested implementation:

• Create an issue in this repository corresponding to the topic you want to discuss, including
  • date of meeting
  • estimated amount of time
  • what kind of feedback you're looking for
  • (possibly) a label tagging the issue as meeting related
• Once the topic is discussed/presented at the meeting and feedback is collected, the issue can be closed
