Remove old readme.md #17

On case-insensitive filesystems (such as APFS by default), a collision occurs between 'readme.md' and 'README.md', causing issues with both git and go get

This removes the 'readme.md', selected based on: 1) Last commit date 2) Convension of naming within GitHub repos
