I've been working on blogging our conversations from 2020— here's the first one!

@rgardaphe @lourdesvera @lightandluck what I have here is a compressed & condensed version of our conversation, which is to say, these are mostly but not completely direct quotes, and I've rearranged some of it with the intent to make it concise & have better flow. Give it a look-through and make sure I'm not putting words in your mouth?

I'll leave this as a PR at least a few weeks so there's plenty of time for edits. Likely I'll hold off on publishing this series until the new year.

Decided to try to publish as a series in the last bit of 2020, as a sort of year's wrap up, so that's now the working timeline for edits
