Originally wanted to streamline the branding/colours we had... wound up doing some preprocessing setup and documentation.
I think we remove the static css, and have that generated as part of and build/deployment process (could easily be scripted)? I'm not super gulp-y so I think there must be a neat and quick way to have that do most of the lifting, but happy to write a bash script if that suits.
...README will have to be updated depending on how that ^^ goes
