*In the interest in a cleaner review process (aka fewer GDocs/Markdown conversions), I'd like to try out getting comments and suggested changes within Github. (If you want to add something multiline, a PR to this PR probably makes sense.) Let me know if that works/doesn't work for you!
**Do we need approval from each partner, or is it ok to go ahead if no response is given? I think that https://github.com/datatogether/website/pull/41 probably needs approval from each partner as it's a fairly major overhaul of the website, but that this PR is much more minor & should proceed after adequate time allowance is given for review.
