Create template without date in header for pages that aren't blog posts #64

Pages that are not blog posts have the date in the header. If the date is removed from the .md file a default date of Jan 1, 0001 appears anyway.

We need a new template that doesn't have the date in the header. Screen Shot 2019-10-21 at 4 34 14 PM
