In the previous theme, the blog posts were in a folder called posts, leading to urls like https://datatogether.org/posts/03_alternatives_capitalist/ which now 404s.

The new links are from a blog folder, so the new urls are e.g. https://datatogether.org/blog/03_alternatives_capitalist/

Change the folder? Or redirect?
