Add Parrot support to Android #296

While the Parrot Virtual Machine is not exactly a scripting language but it
allows the use of several scripting (or dynamic languages), most notably
Perl 6.

It would be awesome to see Parrot added to Android.

It would be great to have Parrot on Android!  Along with that, it would be cool 
to 
have it on iPod, Zune, XBOX, PlayStation, Wii, etc.  I like a program that runs 
on 
everything.  :D
