Saved page fails to load in browser and extension crashes #46

Version of the extension: 0.15.4
Version of the browser (from about:version):  23.0.1271.64 m

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://www.gov.uk/designprinciples
2. "Save this page" in Scrapbook
3. Attempt to load the saved page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page does not load and the extension crashes out - removing icon from the 
toolbar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
