What are we supposed to do with things like: https://github.com/jhudsl/cds_dataviz/blob/master/manuscript/10_dataviz_project.md#the-data-1 ?

These will never change so they should be fine (as they are small even if we version control). So can keep the link fine?

Sorry I'm missing the issue here - is it the hyperlink that you're worried about?

Just that pngs that are not in the slide deck are in the images folder, which is fine, but unexpected. We can put some in a google slide deck, but may not be appropriate, as they are in quizzes for example.
