Create an example on how to integrate secure-fields in a React project

• babel dependency is missing[1]
• remove react-example/example/package-lock.json
• you could move .gitignore into the react-example folder to properly isolate concerns
• add react-example/node_modules to .gitignore
• AFAIK open only works on MacOS, maybe use this instead? https://www.npmjs.com/package/open-browser-webpack-plugin
• Add a link to the react-example folder to the main README.md

Regarding missing babel, we should probably use babel-loader 8.x and follow the installation guide here: https://github.com/babel/babel-loader
