[Improvement][Docker][K8s] support start with container #326

  1. build docker images with dockerfile
  2. quick start with docker-compose using docker compose up -d ,if you have build docker images
  3. quick start with datavines.yaml on k8s, I have support a public demo images in it.it can be replaced by yourself images.
