fix Could not initialize class oshi.hardware.platform.mac.MacCentralProcessor exception.

Purpose of this pull request

fix this issue support Apple M1 chip

5.5 has problems with Windows 11, it is better to go above 5.8. ref: https://github.com/oshi/oshi/issues/1780#issuecomment-974180667
