This PR:

adds a class TestMain to test_statline_bq, performing integration tests using main.main(endpoint=gcs) with 4 selected datasets:
- 83583NED, a core cbs v3 dataset
- 84799NED, a core cbs v3 dataset including an empty url (CategoryGroups)
- 83765NED, a core cbs v4 dataset
- 45012NED, a non-core cbs v3 dataset (source=iv3)
Adds class TestGcpl to test_statline_bq, performing an integration test to gcpl.upload_to_gcs
