Give negev as rebel in csgo #75

We could add a new config for this one and make it customizable.

Good idea Bara. Review looks good. The negev is the popular machine gun weapon on CS:GO, so it would make sense to switch this as the default. We could add a convar later (if requested), but I think the vast majority who play with the 'Rebel!' option enabled would enjoy this change.
