The 1.0 release of reactive-model should happen around the same time as the release of D3 4.0.

Things to be done for 1.0:

[ ] Distribute reactive-model as an ES6 module that includes its dependencies.
[ ] Fork D3 Custom Bundle and show that reactive-model can be included as a peer to D3 using Rollup.
