Migration to mantine 7 :warning: before merging, remove the resolutions in the package.json file and use the new version of visyn_core in package.json

@dvdanielamoitzi Now that visyn_core is released, could you update the versions in this PR (package.json and requirements.txt) and see if everything still works? Please also run a yarn run all to ensure the dist folder is updated.
