We may make these objects configurable in the future. The sky could be an image or an atmosphere shader (lighting to match). Sky and floor should be very large.
I'm looking at the Valve tutorial for inspiration. And the reason I'm thinking of gray rather than black/white is because high contrast causes annoying artifacts in Fresnel lenses.
