There's a fair bit of noise in here from where your code editor has gone and done auto-formatting on datawagovautheme.css. They're changes for the better (looks much more readable!), but it would be best if they happened in a separate commit to the fix for #16.

yes it was my editor but if you look for 'background color' in css file, that is the only change for #16

I've reverted back #16 change to remove auto indentation in css.
