可以先完善一下CharacterGLM的readme文件 可以加上CharacterGLM的langchain调用和Lora微调

您好，我把lora微调加上去了，一开始不知道我这边改动您那边有消息，改动次数有点多估计您那边信息收的多了哈哈，后面我会继续改进，劳烦啦😂😂
