setup.py is not updating config.ini #15

I wasn't able to get config.ini to update either by running main.py or setup.py. I put credential info in and tested the connections fine, but no info was saved to config.ini.

Editing config.ini and putting credential info in directly worked fine

Note this is qual2db 2.0, not 3.0.

@oaselles, @j1carrig is getting going on experimenting with qual2db at the CRCNA, so we'll be asking questions about what's fixed in 3.0.

@eunsungus12, let's talk about that GUI work on version 3.0.

Sounds good. I've got some time next week to take a look at it and make sure everything is working fine. @eunsungus12 - we should work together to get the gui working, 3.0 is a bit different.

@oaselles let's find a time to talk and get working on the gui. I spent quite a few hours just trying to setup my computer to work the gui but i wasn't able to get everything configured correctly. It would be nice to just work on it together with you. @calvincsr i haven't been able to get off work early to go in to CSR so i tried to just work on the gui on my own but like I mentioned , I wasn't able to get my computer configured properly (i have a mac...). I'll connect with @oaselles and get started on the gui with him.

A thought: let’s annotate/tooltip/iconify the buttons from 2.0 to be more intuitive.

For example:

· Overhaul: reload the survey schema (blocks, questions, choices, answers)

· Update: get new respondents from Qualtrics to SQL (does not reflect retakes or deletions of existing data)

· Reload: clear existing SQL data; follow with Update to reload the entire set (use when surveys have been retaken or deleted or after an overhaul)

Anything that will make the purpose of the buttons clearer (and their relationship to left-right movement between columns) would be great!
