EmbeddedData table is empty #25

I'm new to this, and am unable to get this to download embedded data fields with information captured from SSO (Shiboleth) authentication. The embeddeddata table has no records. When viewing the survey data at qualtrics, the columns are visible and data populated.

Any help appreciated.
