Handle pending transactions when a user switches between chains or accounts. #23

When a transaction is pending and a user changes their account or chain the pending transaction indicator persists. There needs to be validation to manage what accounts/chains a transaction is pending on and only indicate pending transactions on proper accounts/chains.

Fixed with commit 4a4d46519ea33a5f96e3443ba4e907e80a980d57
